Seasonal & Event Crew helps bring those experiences to life through flexible hands-on work.

WHAT THIS JOB IS: - Helping create experiences: Prepare spaces and support events that bring people together. - Being adaptable: Setup, cleanup, property upkeep, guest service and trained food/beverage support as assigned. - Taking pride in property: Care for outdoor spaces, equipment, gathering areas and overall appearance. - Being dependable: Arrive prepared, follow instructions and help events run smoothly. - Working safely: Use equipment properly, follow safety procedures and flag concerns. - Supporting hospitality: Behind-the-scenes work shapes guest experience. - Learning new skills: Develop skills based on interests, training and business needs.

WHAT THIS JOB ISN'T: - Showing up only for the fun parts. Setup and breakdown are essential. - Standing around waiting for every task assignment. - Ignoring details because work is temporary. - Working without appropriate safety training or authorization, especially around equipment, food or alcohol. - A guarantee of identical duties every shift; duties must be communicated in advance. - A lesser part of the team; seasonal team members share hospitality standards.
